The G650 is physically larger to support the legacy cards like Medpro's, CLAN,s and Vals. The G430 does those functions on its on internal board so that the Medpros and CLAN's are longer required. If adding a S8300 it can do the announcements/val function.
I am looking for info on setting up a Audio Codes MP-112 to extend an analog line to a remote location of our CM environment. We also have System Manager available so can either connect directly to CM via H323 or Sip to System Manager. Any assistance would be appreciated.
In CMS under "Commands" then "Call Center Administration" you should be able to select "VDN Call Profile Setup" there you can set up your "Acceptable service level" by VDN

We need to connect G650's to DC power but the Gateways did not come with the DC feed Cable. Our vendor is saying that it needs to be connected to lugs. Does anyone have the part number or a picture I can show our vendor of the DC feed cable connector.

Does anyone know a way to set the Display width to half with the settings .txt file. Or an alternate method to change this for all phones. We would like to set this for 46xx and 9608 phones.
I have AudioCodes MP-112 with an analog line connecting via sip to ses and cm. I can call it from a line on the CM however when I call out from the analog line I get
active station 1463 cid 0x1f3f
denial station 1463 cid 0x1f3f. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
The one I purchased did not come with a cd. When I called AudioCodes, they said they no longer support that firmware. If it works I am not as concerned about if they support it. I will try to see If I can find someone who still has a cd, or ask them if they have a copy. Thank you for the info...

Does anyone have a copy of the h323 firmware for AudioCodes MP122 or know where to get it? I would like to use one at a remote location to set up a fax machine and am not using SIP. I was unable to find the firmware download on the AudioCodes web site.

I belive this is set at the VDN level. You may want to ask your agents reporting this to tell you based on the display on their phone wich vdn the call came on. Then remove the announcemt extension from the "VDN of Origin Annc. Extension" on that specific vdn. You can also do a "list...
Updating the firmware on the CLAN resolved the issue. I updated to FW 21. Even phones on this CLAN are no longer reporting the no zip tone or low volume zip tone anymore
We have experienced the same issue with no zip tone or low volume on zip tone. After trouble shooting I found that all the stations reporting this issue where using the same CLAN. The FW was 007. I am planing to updated the firmware on the CLAN and see if it corrects the issue if not I will...
I just found the InfoView app login. This is much better. Is there a way to change the drop down on reports here so that view latest instance is the users only option ?
