We are in sinc <grin> as I just did tell her to do the same thing.. :-)
However....as there are no administrative/or users restrictions/other applied to the system, I still wonder why this "File Types" tab does not display itself in "Folder Options"...and what needs to be done...

No, other issues going on... it just came about with her just wanting to assign graphic extensions to another already existing software.. i.e. images were opening in paint and she wanted them to open in PSP (her user level experience I would rate as intermediate)

Me too! :-) It is just not there... How strange, I had her try via Settings, Control Panel, Explorer and View (from the tool bar) Show all hidden files is selected in the view section as well...
