Hi, thanks again for your reply. I'm not 100% sure if my instrument supports any serial communication. There seems to be a 14pin 'champ' connector in the back (hope my attachment comes out OK on this reply). And it indicates that the pass/fail signals are between pins 4 to 6. But I'm not...- toyguy

Hi Everyone, I'm still a novice PROCOMM user. Not too familiar with the syntax yet. I did a couple of very simple scripts so far that did not involve communication with other instruments. Anyway, I'm trying to read the PASS/FAIL outputs of my Kikusui TOS5050. It could provide a 30VDC...- toyguy
