Windows 98 PC won't shut down
Any hints on what could have been installed or otherwise caused a Windows 98 PC to not shut down or restart eiher from the Start button, Alt-Cntl-Del, or the Power/Restart buttons. The only thing that does it is turning off the power at the power strip or pulling the plug. What do I look for?- towaco
