Sorry, I should have been more specific. It was the custom animation of objects on the slides I wanted to sort not the slide transition. Thanks anyway Chris

Word keeps changing the default language and the language in opened files alrady amended to English (U.S.). I have repeatedly instructed it to use English (U.K.). Is this a bug, cockpit error or colonials getting back at the mother country? Thanks for any help Chris

Is there a way of editing the appearance of Excel - changing the greys of the toolbars to another colour for example? I didn't think there was but the column and row borders I've noticed are sometimes in Times New Roman and others in Arial - how can I change these? Thanks for any help Chris
