I need to make a list of the employees who have a NCOS level of 7. How can I get this info out of the PBX.
Is it possible?

What do I need to check to get the SEB modem working.
The power is on, the wires appear to be ok. I did not touch them. The phone line from PacBell is ok and rings.
Is there a load overlay I can use to cycle the modem, check the connection to the switch? Disable and reable the SEB?

You need to set up an MCR key on all phones you want the single ext. to appear.
Use LD 20.
When changing the keys. Use MCR instead of SCR when setting up the ext key. Usually key 0 or 1
