Hi All, Newbie here working with CS1000. Why is it that when I do a TNB on some sets (3904) I get 31 keys, and some I get 53 keys? Are the 53 keys for KBAs? None of the sets have KBA expansion modules, but still show 53 keys. How do I get rid of the 53 keys on regular sets and put them to 31? Is...

first find out what type of VM you are running. If you bought the VM with the 4.0MICS then it;s either a Flash or a Norstar Nam VM. yes you can have these services automated. It's very easy to do. your local Norstar service tech should be able to to this. Tony

the NAM is fiber not copper...

check the AA Dn in the vM table. if it is 21 under the table and they hit 0 the call will go there. Also check under the ICS programing for anywhere 21 is programmed.
