    Hi All, Newbie here working with CS1000. Why is it that when I do a TNB on some sets (3904) I get 31 keys, and some I get 53 keys? Are the 53 keys for KBAs?     first find out what type of VM you are running. If you bought the VM with the 4.0MICS then it;s either a Flash or a Norstar Nam VM. yes you can have these services automated. It's very easy to do. your local Norstar service tech should be able to to this. Tony
