Stop VirusScan 4.5.0 from command line
If you have the resource kit on your server or workstation, you can use the netsvc.exe command to stop a remote service. e.g. netsvc /stop mcshield \\[remote_pc_name] Netsvc will also take /start and /query options.- tonygeraghty

EPO Console -- Unable to Connect to Server
Also...make sure both your ePO console and sever are the same version. i.e. - if you've applied the service pack to the server, make sure it's also applied to the console installation.- tonygeraghty
