I think it is more likely to be your keyboard settings rather than the actual keyboard itself. Do you know the country setting you have for the keyboard? US or British? What Mac OS are you using? Is it a US or UK version of Quark? Or...? More details will help. Regards Tony

Alfral is absolutely right (he always is), if the client only wants to see text and not layout. Actually cllients should never have layouts even started until YOU have fully approved text. There is nothing worse than labouring over design aspects only for the client to make radical/any changes...

Hi MArk Will check out the extensions though my immediate thought is to try without "Enhance Preview". I used it once but never again... It caused me no end of problems though not corrupted docs. More soon Tony
