If you use cmd.exe as the shorcut target you will get the options and layout tabs. e.g. Target: %SystemRoot%\system32\cmd.exe /c c:\app\myapp.exe Start In: c:\app The /c after cmd.exe means run the following program. Full screen is in Options Buffer and window size in Layout- Tomu
