Thanks very much for your responses. I will try the copy method if nothing else works, but at 64 I find solving puzzles teaches & develops. Gone for a week.- TommyT

Thanks so much for the quick reply. There is only one Hunt Group: 739. No lines are assigned to it. All Line assignments = Unassigned So there is no Prime set for any line. Still stumped. Thanks- TommyT

MICS with T7316E "Appr Only" rings anyway
On only ONE phone (ext 226), and only on line 5 (L031), the phone is set to "Appr Only" but it rings anyway. Swapped out phones - problem stays with ext 226. All other 20 extensions have no problem - if they're set to any setting, they do as set. Just one extension, 226, line 5 rings. The only...- TommyT
