Has anyone set up PRI's on the CS1000E, I have working BRI's for the old VTC equipment but the new stuff requires PRI's and I'm not really sure where start. Any help would be helpful..Thanx in advance

Aml can't send message to inactive side??? Can I INI the active one and have this go away or try ini on the inactive one ...I have a cs1000e that I've had for 2 months and it just started spitting this message out yesterday...evey 3 seconds.. Thanx Guys

New call pilot..pilot. They installed it and set the attendant to the wrong number. How do I change it? also the mermail would pick up on 4 digit dialing and call pilot wants all seven. Problem is most of my phones are pointed to the 4 digit number...How do i search all the phones that are built...

Well, My vendor told me they set up the back up properly...It is the JTIC version 4.0....My training was here is how you reset a mailbox. RDC was an acronym I'm not familiar with. I have call pilot manager but with the JTIC hardening was told I couldn't do functions related to the call pilot...

OK I see now that there is a reset button on this card...I figured this was the card to reset...This is a hardened CP IF i hit the reset ??? Is it going to come up after or do OR do I need to do something to it to get it to restart??

I hate to sound dumb...but is it the rst button on the card in the cabinate labeled..(CP-PM)...I miss my MerMail..;-(

I have authcodes in the switch all other phones need the authcodes. The ncos in the VoIP phones is 4 and the no authcode ncos is 5..I thought loop 156 might have been built with an ncos of 5 and superceded what was built on the phone..How do I prt the loop ncos and or change it????

We just got a new CS1000e I need to chag a loop. It is not requiring authcodes for phone call I think it was built with an NCOS higher than required I just can't remember how to find or change this...Help..;-) Thanx Again..;-)

I just got a new call pilot and the ports on the front of the card don't seem to let me log into the card...It was working and we tried a different mouse and now I get nothing..Can I reset the ps2 ports or something to wake the ports up???? Thanx in advance

The batteries died a year ago I have a new switch CS1000e sitting in the server farm...waiting for DSN to let me turn it on. Its a AC switch and the old one is DC Nobody wanted to spend 15k for 1 years worth of batteries we won't need. I knew about the cuircut breakers in the back just figured...

I have a 61c and once a month we have a generator run up. It takes 20 seconds for the generator to auto start....1 problem my batteries are stone dead. I would like to know if there is a proper way to shut down the switch. When the power goes out the batteries cycle off and on..Its gotta be...
