thanks for the tips Arcserve 2000 sp3 has been installed. Arcserve is on version 7.0 (build 1086) I will try running it with a system account tonight- Toemoe

Arcserve 2000 not backing up picture files
we are running arcserve 2000 on windows 2000 server machine but everynight i am getting errors with picture files: error 3406 (file name) EC sharing violation this is happening for all .jpg and .gif files I cant find anything on the CA website, has anyone else experienced this or know a solution- Toemoe
