    Disconnects when forwarding to cellphone voicemail

    Check DSEL on outgoing route: If set to VCE might need to be 3VCE to pass to the v mail. If the incoming route to vmail is set to 3 VCE it will reject the call. Just a tought. Try with a 3VCE trunk and see how it goes. Good Luck!

    We had that problem forwarding callers outside the system (to a cell phone). If the call is coming in with transfer capability tagged as a 3.1 K it won't be redirected across a another ISDN line if DSEL is set to VCE. Change it to 3VCE seems to work.     Just a thought but maybe you might want to try and add a DGT and set the call type to INTL for that RLI entry.

    Can't transfer Call when I have made the call out

    Is it an ACD set? I think by default ACD sets are prevented from transferring an originating call. You can swap but not connect to complete the transfer. Keeps idle agents from setting up a personal LD company.

    We only have Symposium 4.2 but you have to make sure to enable call by call for each application under the call by call tab in historical statistics.

    restrict one extension from calling another extension

    How about a pretranslation list that restricts a digit but pass's all others,then assign an extension starting with that digit to the King's phone. Not easy since you still have to assign the table to all other phones.
