    we have partner vm release 4 the autoattendant transfers to the correct extension but the vm does not pick up after specified rings. how do i fix?

    this is what i get from the auto attendant auto attendant 1 selector code 1 anouncemet selector code 2 direct extention transfer thanks that was the problem selector code 1 got changed to announcement dont know how they did that. but thanks again.

    Have a partner vm 5.0 that has been working fine, all of the sudden when some one listens to the auto attendant and selects extension they get "invalid entry". where do i look as to the cause?
