I need to upgrade the IP office to the latest software. It is currently at release 7 and the latest is at 9. The site is also utilizing Custom Call Reporting and VM Pro. What should my steps be. Thanks Terry
Do you need IP ROUTE to get into an Avaya IPO via Manager or if you have an incorrect route will it keep Manager from connecting to the IPO on either LAN or WAN port. Thanks.
@ Westi I've disabled firewall and re-ran the batch file, I even upgraded Windows 8 to Pro but I still get "Not an authorized user". Does anyone else have any suggestions.
