Looking at making some improvements to our CC runnings and was wondering if it was possible to set up Symposium (or the Meridian (opt 11) ) to only allow agents to make outbound calls when they are logged in. EG not give them a DN key on their phone set until they are logged in.

Well, cracked it at last! Rightly so there is no DN associated - third party is routing it through a back door on their lease line. So voip routing direct to CDN!

Well we could approach them and ask them, however, there are politcal reasons as to why I am not able to do that.... dont ask! Office politics - I just want to do my job!!!! waaahhh!!

5410 is not in our DDI range (ddi's are 5000 - 5301) and it is refered to directly in the Master script via a Route Call 5410.

I have a historic (pre-dates my time on this system) CDN in my Symposium scripts for which I need to find the DDI which routes to this CDN.
I have checked the Symp stats and I definatly have calls comming in on that CDN.

I have an issue where by a lot of my Agents are receiving destination busy, but when they hang up and call again it is fine.
