Hello Guys,
It seems that disti has messed up some licences for us and put some under an SBC LAC. These have now been moved to the correct Licence ID however now the IP office requires the PLDS licence re-uploading. Does it require a reboot or anything like that?
This is R11.
Thanks,
Chris
Thanks Guys, I havn't touched licencing before PLDS, was always just copy the key in. I have activated the licences in PLDS with the R11 lic.
One last question, we took over maintenance of the system but not 100% sure we have the system password. They are unsure if it is it or not. Is there...
Hello Guys,
What's the process of upgrading from V7.0 (5) and going to 11.0 (4) ?
Is there anything to consider? I've not touched Avaya for ages with upgrades. Cannot find an upgrade path.
Thanks,
Chris
Hello Guys,
Hopefully you don't need much more, I am using SIPGATE, 1 channel only and I have 5 licences. See alarm when inbound call compared with resources. Any sugguestions would be amazing :)
Hello Guys,

Although I think dial up is...
Hello Pep,
Can you confirm that it works at least with Windows 7? That is all we are running for the access as it sits in a little cupboard and we RDP to it.
Cheers,
Chris

Our ISDN card in our remote access PC is really on it's last legs. It seems difficult to find alternatives I am turning to you guys to give me some ideas.
I have seen USB to ISDN converters but not had any experience with them. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Thanks,
Chris
Hello,
Thanks for your input, useful to know.
The only thing I can notice is that we have a possible card failure, they have a VCM 64 card which has a ATM card bolted onto it. Now system status is reporting unknown card on the VCM64 I would guess the ATM has failed. They don't use analogue...
