I had this same issue. It wound up being a DHCP error. It had a Nortel Gateway and the IP Office both handing out DHCP. We switched it to just having a Windows server hand out DHCP withthe approptirate options and it stopped the issue. They also had a VLAN that over lapped my IP Office address...- tistech2

PRI question
You can force a call out of channel by finding the channel's line appearance id number. Then you can make a line appearance button with that ID number and force a call out that channel. Watch on System Status and see what it shows when you try to do that and also what kind of audio response does...- tistech2

Upgrading
Hey, I am planning on taking a IP500 v1 from a Release 4 to Release 7. Have any of you guys done this, and has it created ghosts in the programming?
