    It depends on the telephne set. Not the system. The Analogue extension board accepts both method of dialing. Check if the telephone has a kind of switch to change fom pulse to dtmf.

    Check if the status of the called extension with command SUSIP, maybe has follow me activated. Or just in case dial #001# on it. This procedure is the general cancelation, it will clear any active feature.

    Why using Pulse Dialing? This is for very old analogue phones. Maybe your system is set to use Swedish pulse Dialing method.

    You probably have a HW problem. Hard do say exactly what board is. Can be LSU, DSU, the own LPU5 or even the DC/DC converter from magazine the LPU resides in.

    I have been browsing the CPI for Provisioning Manager´s fault location and it said that this case is most probably a "network problem".

    Have you tried with others Profiles? Try to restart the Webserver in mxone_maintanance in webmanagement, than choose option G.

    What is the Provisioning Manager profile being used? Profile like System Setup Admin, can´t create extensions.

    The PM/SNM SOAP interface is being stepwise replaced by the new Rest APIs in the modernized PM/SNM. The old PM/SNM SOAP interface will be removed once the REST APIs in PM/SNM are fully implemented, for all operations.
