Access Code after dialing Long Distance Number
I have a Norstar-Plus Modular ICS. The CICS is v5.0. When a user makes a long distance phone call they will hear a long steady tone at which point they enter a 4 digit code that allows the call to be placed. I'm trying to add codes for new employees, however, I have no idea where to add them...- TimKaso
