I had this exact problem. It didn't appear to be a profile. I had viruses and spyware that multiple scans from multiple products didn't pick up. At the advise of Microsoft, I went to: http://www.bitdefender.com/scan/licence.php I am still working on some other problems, but this online scan...- timii
