Is this a Shared printer? Do you leave your computer on but locked or logged out? If so, someone could be printing to that printer while not logging into your computer. However, this may also show up if you audit security.
I've had that occur and was able to flush it from the printer's buffer by turning the printer off for a few minutes. When it is powered back on, the job should be gone.
Are you using Exchange? If so, they should be able to either give each other permission to access their own calendar under Tools|Options|Delegate or you can create a Calendar under Public Folders and give them both permission to use it.

So I gave up on finding the manual and called Compaq. Silly me....the Red light had come on when I was in the Compaq Array management Utility....when I had clicked on that specific drive. Just imagine if I had looked over before I had selected a specific drive - they ALL flash red then! The...
We have a Compaq ProLiant 3000 and I noticed a beeping that started while I was doing my morning check today. I opened the Server Door and noticed slots 1 - 5 of the disk arrays were flashing green. 6 and 7 were not flashing at all. I had frankly never noticed any of them flashing, but now...
Looks like they don't actually offer ideas of how to do it yourself. I really just need to know if it's possible to save the drive and if so, how. Otherwise, we'll replace.
Any suggestions along those lines would be great. But thank you, though!

I have this same problem. My boss insists I should be able to partition around this, but I don't know how to figure where the bad block is and how to block the block. Any ideas?
Thank you,
Juli
Well, it turns out it was her mouse. I realized that when I tried to make a shortcut from the Start|Programs menu, I couldn't drag the shortcut onto the desktop, but instead kept opening the program. Swapped out the mouse and all is back to normal. Whew! Thank you, Laurie for your help...
You should be able to add more User Profiles in Control Panel | Mail. From the first profile you will need to tell Outlook to prompt for which profile you wish to open the program as. So when it is launched it gives a dialog box with a drop-down menu to choose which profile.
Well I gave that a try, but no luck. Once I deleted her Normal.dot, Word pulled the Normal.dot from the Server where her Word is pointed for Workgroup templates. And it still had the problem. I tried copying the template down to her workstation and having it pull from there. Same. Tried...
