Had the same problem in not being able to access passwords off the control panel. Did a "Poledit", opened registry, checked both local computer and user for restrictions, unclicked the password restriction and I was off and running. Don't know how helpful this will be to you but it...- tia1777

Unable to reinstall Paint Shop Pro 7.0
When I try to reinstall Paint Shop Pro 7.0, I get the following error "configuration data for this product is corrupt." Has any one else had the same problem and been able to resolve it?- tia1777
