    ODBC text longer that 256 char ok in EXCEL but truncated in ACCESS

    Hi I'm using OfficeXP sp2 and have this problem: When connecting to an ODBC DSN in access, long text are truncated. When connecting to exactly the same DSN in EXCEL I see the truncated data in MSQUERY, but when the data is delivered to EXCEL the long fields are ok. Conclution: ODBC DSN is ok...
