I have not tried what you have sugessted. I'll look into it. However regarding your other comments, I have set ports 4 & 5 to their seperate greeting and have dialed directly to those ports - still get the greeting for the other ports.
The documentation does show how to configure each port with a different greeting under the 'Auto Attendant Configuration' screen and I do have it set for ports 4 and 5 to a answer a seperate greeting. But it does not work. It picks up the greeting for ports 1-3. I just upgrade the software to...
Under Auto Attendant Configuration - does anyone know why when I set up a specific port (CO) with a seperate greeting it plays the one set up for the other ports?? I have two seperate divisons and have different incoming numbers that require different greetings. Any help?
