Tek Phaser 850 paper jam @ top exit
I have a 850dp printer and have the exact same trouble in the top exit door. I have replaced the exit clutch and belt tension looks fine. I have changed media several times, and still no change in the jamming. Everything that I have looked at looks good. I can select a option off my printer...- thomas2aa
