    Normally you just have to switch off the controller and replace the cache board and switch on again. But there could be cases when you have 'pinned data', that means the data in cache could not be written to disk. In these cases a special handling is required. Thomas

    Hi, 60MB write throughput might be the maximum you can achieve with the 9960 for your configuration. Most 9960 still have 1Gbit Channel adapters ( = 100MB theoretical maximum), so the only way would be to provide more channel pathes between the servers and the 9960. regards Thomas
