Problem solved! Folder did contain unwanted non visible characters. I deleted the folder usig in Command Line:
cd c:\
rd "\\?\c:\<Path to directory containing corrupted folder" /S

It seems that you accidently activated the feature call forcing which can be found in SCCS under "call presentation". This feature usually works together with some Meridian Prompts in LD 23 (FORC and all prompts which point to Call Forcing). Thi has nothing to do with your upgrade!!! Have success.
