    Hi all Has anyone had any joy connecting a Mitel directly to a Tetra network using SIP. Tetra is not available in Canada, but in Europe and over here in Australia it is all good. Seems to work with Cisco (alledgedly) :)

    The only time that i have seen this and not on a virtual machine, is when in the ARS digits dialled you have 0 as the only route with unknown to follow i.e. a blanket all allowed ARS. As soon as we added proper ARS we could add the secondary dial tone.

    I have experienced this in the past. Is the Exchange Server running in a VMWARE Environment. If so, it has two many processors/resources allocated to it. Just assign one processor and minimum RAM to the VMWare instance.

    Are you installing the software via remote desktop? If so, then then vnc or directly on the server . Uninstall and reinstall the software first... Good luck...

    Thanks Guys Siemens are about 2 kms away connected over a DSL connection on the same subnet. Whenever i talk to them, they state that"We do not do authentication". How do we turn it off on the Mitel, so that we never try to authenticate and the link always stays up? Appreciate your help ..
