Just to let people know we sorted this. On our 2000 DNS server we added a host record named www and pointed it to the IP address of the hosted website. This adds a host record to DNS of www.[domain name]. Then when you browse to that URL - that DNS entry resolves and away you go.

This is probably a simple problem that many techies have sorted - but - I'm stuck. Lets say our internal domain name is abc.co.uk. Also - our website address (hosted elsewhere) is www.abc.co.uk. If we access that URL out side of the company - all is fine. But if we try access the URL...
