Loosing time in ME

Loosing time in ME
Have a client that looses 10 mins every 12 hours, once it hits the 2 hour behind point, it locks up hard, upon reboot, it is fine time is correct, then the pattern starts again, have done the following, reinstall the OS still having the same problem. any ideas??- Thelrax
