Outlook 2002 Mail Merge Problem - Missing Hyperlinks
Are you running Windows XP by any chance? I have a similar problem, my problem is detailed in the thread Outlook 2000 vs Windows XP. Basically, when a use a template with an HTML body format, the bofy does not appear once I save the message or try to send it for that matter.- theepino
