    9611 New Radio Button called Logged Out on Call Appearance Screen

    My call center has just upgraded to 6.6.2 96x1 FW and now I see a radio button above the call appearances that says Logged Out. I want to remove this but I cannot find the corresponding option in the 46xxsettings.txt file - any pointers??
