IMO WinXP is trash. It has so many vulnerabilities, so many virus attacks. Try securing your computer with XP. NTFS is the worst FS I've seen. I love my EXT3 FS on my Linux partition or Fat32 on WinME. I've never suffered from a virus infection in several years. Maybe its not because of WinME...
