I have a pretty basic access database. What I am looking to do is take a date that looks like "2007-11". I need to be able to add 6 months to all the dates so that it will show as "2008-05", Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your reply. I am using Crystal Version 11. I did what you mentioned but it now shows "a 1-4" four times in the place of hour 0-4.

I am using crystal 11. I think you helped me with my last problem of viewing previous day data or reports and I would also have a current day report. I want them to be able to just click on a link and it will run the report and open in IE or some other inexpensive app. tim

That did work, I had to recreate the report. I was working with an older report that someone else made. Once I started over the currentdate - 1 worked. Thank you
