I'm using IE, and yes, I can scroll normally in other applications. Now that you mention it, that makes sense because I've tried 2 different mouses and it's a problem for both of them.- tgodfrey

This sounds really dumb, but I need help. When I am on the internet, and I try to scroll up using the mouse wheel, it goes back to the last page. It works like I am using the back button instead of scrolling up. I've tried going into the mouse properties, but don't see any problems. This...- tgodfrey
