You should develope a baseline with Performance Monitor. This will help you to see the big picture over a period of time. Also, FYI: If your Processor is pegged out at 100% and the threads are at 2% that usually means that you need a new CPU. Hope this helps!

Hello, Icandothat! Have you tried to reinstall the service pack? That is all I had to do to get my machine working. Any time you install a service on your computer you have to reinstall the service pack. Hope that helps! Tracy
