    MAX OUT CPU (100%)

    You should develope a baseline with Performance Monitor. This will help you to see the big picture over a period of time. Also, FYI: If your Processor is pegged out at 100% and the threads are at 2% that usually means that you need a new CPU. Hope this helps!
