Auto Call Info Show on All Phones 3X8 DR5
I have already tried that. All documentation I have read says only one phone can show the caller information, unless I dial a certain feature while the phone is ringing. After I pick up the line, the identity shows. Do I have to change my line configuration or use pooling? tom- tgif25

Is there a way that I can get all phones to show who is calling (outside calls), before I pick up the phone. It looks like I can only have one set show this info in the documentation. tom gifford- tgif25

I tried that first and it doesn't seem to do anything. I am thinking the previous owner must have changed the password. It even asks for a password when I try config or admin. tom- tgif25
