Help oscillating Mobo!
I just recently bought a Soltec SL_75DRV5 and last night i put in the processor, memmory, and video card, So I hook everything up and hit the power, the fans come on for about 3 seconds then they start slowing down, then speeding up about every second like its loosing power then getting it...- TFLEX
