laptop only works when not plugged in
Not entirely the same issue, but one of my users has a Dell that would run off the battery but not power up when on AC power. We took out the battery and the laptop powered up fine. A new battery did the trick.- tfaust

I don't know the exact protocol which govern e-mail admins, but it might be possible to have the admin delete the e-mail from the user's inbox. The only reason I hedge here is that I had heard of an e-mail admin how had been asked to remove messages before and it put him in a bad position...- tfaust
