I have my gmail e mails sent to Outlook 2003. They appear in a gmail.com folder with sub folders one of which is All Mail which contains all e mails received or sent. I have tried to delete these but they remain with a strike through. How can I remove these e mails?

Both internal and external mouse exhibit the same behaviour. Ran Malaware but no difference.
