Win 98 Install over NT 4.0 (problem)

Win 98 Install over NT 4.0 (problem)
Ive installed Win 98 on an NT box. Now I am running Win 98, i've lost my true color video, five gigs of hard drive, left with a dumbed down version of 98. Also NT passwords are still evident.
