John, Thanks for the very quick response - the info is very useful. As far as the DDI numbers are concerned, yes i can look on the customers bill but I am trying to see if the are programmed on the system or only partially programmed. e.g. if the customer is paying for 100 numbers 0161 828 1100...- teltomh

How do I check number of ISDN30 channels and number of DDI's
Hi, I'm a first time user in England. I have to visit a customer of mine and ascertain how many ISDN30 channels and DDI (DID) numbers they have on their BT Meridian Ooption 51 and 81C. I presume you can do this from the customers console? Any advise would be helpful. Thanks- teltomh
