    Hi everybody, it seems that i have Vmpro password issue i can't connect to the server,so on ip office manger security setting try to change the vmpro password under "Unsecured Interfaces" but after i enter the new the "OK" button is grey out... There anyone have already experiencing this type...

    No, the default Username is : Administrator. I try to troubleshooting in File-Preferences-security tab, it does not work.

    Honestly i do not know, but i m pretty sure that is NOT. If i understand the IP Office is no longer on the same subnet mask whit the router so you can still try to put the 192....42 as default for Call Server / Router / File Server on the phone's menu since you're using IP Phone.

    Okay thanks, the latest version of the ip office manager is 9.1.3.0.120,however the IP Office version is 8.1.95. It can resolve the issue? Thanks !

    On the phone,go to menu >>> locate the Network Information and put for the Call Server / Router / File Server the ip office's ip address,if the router is configured as DHCP,the phone will get an automatically ip address, make sure that the IP Office system is on DHCP enable for IP Phone. Try this.

    No, Manager version is 8.1.95 same with the ip office,once again i install the manager on an OS server 2008 it works fine. Thanks !

    Okay,i use another computer desktop fix which running OS server 2008, i do not have that problem when login on to the Ip Office system,however i'll try to change the username and pass using that computer. Thanks !

    First, never display your ip address to the large public on the internet. Make sure that the the IP Office's ip address is on the same subnet mask with the router.
