    Different Machine with Browser Hijack

Your log shows that the PC is infected with a CoolWebSearch variant(entry "O19 - User stylesheet: C:\WINNT\my.css"). Go download the Cool Web Shredder program (CWShredder) at the following link: http://www.spychecker.com/program/cwshredder.html This will fix your hijack browser problem.

    Floppy Disk Drive NOT Resetting

I'd say your floppy cable is damaged. Specifically the pin 34 wire (the outside wire of the ribbon cable that is NOT marked with a red stripe). It's either that or the floppy drive isn't sending a signal down the Pin 34 wire (bent or broken pin on the motherboard or the floppy drive itself)...

    Junkware

I'm no expert, but I see some correlations to a variant of Coolwebsearch. The O1-Hosts and R1-HKCU\Software\...\Main,Start Page_bak definitely seem related to this. Is your IE homepage changing to Searchv.com or any page changing to Searchv.com? May want to check out this link...
