Actually, I ment the 1100 series phones. There is no services key on the 1120/1140 phones so how do you program the display?

I have noticed that a typical Progressive Electronics tone generator (toner) when clipped on a Nortel switch phone has a very low output. Is there something that one can use that is better or louder?

I am trying to set up Call Pilot with remote notification to a digital pager. I can get the Call Pilot to ring a phone within the switch, but I cannot get it to ring a number outside the switch. I have deleted the restriction/permission list and still no luck. I am wondering if this is a NCOS...

How do I print all the route list indexes that have a particular route in them? For example, lets say that I want a print out of all the RLI's that have route 3 in them. How do I do that? Or can I? Thanks!

Try this... Put your card in an IPE slot then..... LD 20 Req: new Type: cardslt L S C (for analog) or Type: cardmlt L S C (for digital) Then when you LUVU the card should show up! Try it .... You'll like it! Z.....

I just built my first ACD..... When I dial the CDN it rings 4 times and then answers. Is there a way to get it to answer on the first ring? Thanks!
