Does anyone know if there is a way to delete the Call Center data that is in the BCM? Not the SQL file on the RCC server but the data that is in the BCM itself. We believe we have corrupt data and keep importing it to the RCC server.

I have a customer who has release 3 software. They have Unified faxing from the desktop. They can fax out from the desktop fine as long as it is under 10 pages. When they try to fax out a large amount of pages, the fax doesn't go through.

Does anyone know what ports the 1120e phones uses? I know it uses 4100 to connect but what other ports need to be opened on the network? I guess this is the same for all IP sets on the CS1000 but I cannot find any documentation on this.

I just installed TM 3.1 The installation went fine however, when I click on the link under Telephone, Search, I get an error that says "HTTP Status 500 -"

Anyone know if it is possible to replace a damaged BCM 200 with a BCM 400? We have an out of service but I have a brand new BCM 400 that has not been registered with Nortel. So, if I replace it, can I regenerate keyodes for it and will the restore from the old backup from the BCM 200 work?

I have performed the above procedures deleting all of the CDR records through telnet, and I am still getting the same error. I downloaded the Pre check tool and the error file shows the same thing.
FAIL: Call Detail Recording check. Existing Call Detail Recording storage exceeds 200 megabytes...
Anyone ever have any problems with a BCM 3.7 upgrade not passing the health check due to the CDR records being to large? I checked solutions on Nortel web site and deleted the file through telnet as per the solution, but I still have the same problem. Any clues anyone??

I tried to add a new i2002 phone to an existing BCM50 that has 9 IP sets on it already. I made sure all of the settings were identical to the working phones and verified that their were enough licenses on the system to support additional phones. The phone just keeps saying "Server Unreacable"...
