    Ahh! Ok! Hmmm! Someone else installed the KSU system. I did install the CP100. I was looking at the CP100 installation manual. Anyway Thanks much for your help everybody.

    Actually, this is a new install. Initially, none of the lines were answered by the AA. Then, I changed the Ring number to 3 & it worked only for the first 4 lines as described above. Thanks for your reply. i hope to get an answer soon again. Thanks, Driss M.
