GHTROUT...I wish that were the case. Transfer is on the correct key and this is happening on more than one set. The end users do know how to transfer correctly because it has worked previously. Is it possible that a re-boot of the switch might help???
Not sure how to stat the conference card. Please advise.
I have found one (and there may be others) that the transfer key will work correctly. Below is a print of the set. The system is Option 11c, Version 2111, Release 23.

Thank you both for the reply.
As far as I know nothing has changed and there have been no upgrades. Here is a copy of one of the phones and also the CDB.

Hello. I don't know what I would do without this site!
Question..Is there anything in CLS that would deny/allow the transfer key from working? I have several 2000 series phones that will not transfer from one 4 digit extension to another 4 digit extension. According to the users they have...
Thanks Nortel4Matt...So far, so good. No more dropped phones. I'm keeping my fingers crossed but I do have another power supply for the PBX if necessary.
This happened again but phones were only out for 5 minutes. Replaced the UPS even tho it showed no indication of low battery or overload and plugged the UPS into a different wall outlet. Waiting to see if this helps.
No, the sites are not networked together.
This is what I get when I logged in remotely and printed AHST.

The complaint from one of our sites is that all the phones will stop working, sometimes for as long as 30 minutes and then come back. The power supply appears to be ok and the UPS the switch is plugged into is good. It seems like a power issue but is there something else I should check.
I don't have an external tape drive but have been backing up about every 3 months to a pcmcia card. Here's the info from the query:

All of a sudden I am getting an error when trying to do a manual backup after making several MACs. LD 43 gives me edd007 which means "storage device write error" action: attempt dump again. Still get same error. Has anyone seen this and would a reboot or ini help?
